1)  The age at which an Indian citizen can cast his/her  right to vote is 18 years.

(B)

1) Gramsabha is a form of governance in the village level , here the people of an area gather to discuss about the various issues in that region . The head of gram sabha is known as Sarpanch.

2) Democracy is the form of government in which the rulers are elected representatives who are elected by the people of respective constituencies by the means of free and fair election process.

3) Court is an institution mostly of democracies which settles disputes between two individuals or between a group of individuals.There are many levels of court and The Supreme Court of India is the highest court in India.
