So , x+ [ 30/100 x ‘x’ ] = 39
x +(30x/100)=39
Taking 100 as the LCM denominator
(100x+30x) / 100= 39

Cross multiply
130x=3900
=> x= 3900/130
=> x= 390/13
=> x= 30

Answer is 30
