Q#2. A map is drawn to a scale of 1 : 20 000. Find the actual area, in km, of a
field whose area on the map is 18cm?

1:20000 means that 1 cm in the map means 20000cm in real.

Likewise 18 km in the map means 18*20000

18*20000 = 360000cm

that means 360000 cm is equal to 3.6 km
