Side of a square field = 150 m

Wide of the road = 5 m

The area of road of opposite side of square field = 160 × 5 × 2 = 1600 m ^2

Area of road of opposite side = 150 × 5 × 2 = 1500 m ^2

.

Total area of road = 1600 + 1500 = 3100 m^2

cost of constructing road per unit area = rupees 250

Total cost of constructing roads around square field = 3100 ×250 = rupees 77500

777500 is the answer
