Narrow domestic walls are the caste systems ,religion, race and creed, colour etc.
Tireless striving is that he wants his country men to tirelessly work and attain perfection in all aspects of life..
Dead habits are the old and narrow customs that were there which divided the country , country men and the unity of India

2.the phrase 'tireless striving' means making an effort to keep on trying without giving up, irrespective of the obstacle and difficulties.

3.the phrase 'dead habits' means the rituals and customs of the olden days which are followed without thought and logic.
