of a diameter of a circle are A(1, 2) and
B(5,6), then the coordinates of the centre
of the circle are

Coordinates of centre = midpoint of AB

x =  \frac{(1 + 5)}{2}  = 3 \\ y =  \frac{(2 + 6)}{2}  = 4

so, coordinate of centre = (3, 4)
