QUESTION:

Length of rectangle is (8x+5) and its breadth is (5x+3).Find its area.

ANSWER:

 \sf☆Area  \: of  \: rectangle \:  =length×breadth

 \large \sf :  \implies(8x + 5) \times (5x + 3)

 \large \sf :  \implies8x  (5x + 3) + 5(5x + 3)

 \large \sf :  \implies \: 40 {x}^{2}  + 24x + 25x  + 15

 \large \sf :  \implies \: 40 {x}^{2}  + 49x  + 15

So area of rectangle is 40x²+49x+15 cm²

Length of rectangle = (8x + 5) cm

Breadth of rectangle = (5x + 3)cm

Perimeter of rectangle = l × b

--> (8x + 5) × (5x + 3 )

--> 40x^2 + 24x + 25x + 15

--> 40x^2 + 49x + 15

I hope it helps u dear friend ^_^♡♡
