Answer: The ray of light on passing through a spherical mirror retraces its path on reflection bcoz the ray of light falls normally on the mirror , it's angle of incidence being 0 degrees ... By laws of reflection, the angle of reflection also goes to be 0 degrees , thus retracing the path of the incident ray .
