whenever we are running we can't match the demand of oxygen that is needed by our body and this we feel toughness and hardness and after that when we sit somewhere again the aerobic respiration takes place and oxygen's demand is fulfilled easily and we feel easy again...... when there is less oxygen anaerobic respiration takes place which leads to formation of lactic acid which is the main reason for cramps in leg while running
