Answer: Let the angle of projection be ¢ and projection velocity be u.

The at max. height

U = (Ki*3)/4

Here, ki is initial kinetic energy.

Max height is [u^2sin^¢]/2g

=> [mg*u^2sin^2¢]/2g = [3mu^2]/8

=> sin^2¢ = 3/4

=> sin¢ =√3/2

=> ¢ = 60°

So, the angle of projection is 60°.
