There are some rules, that we must use and follow while changing the voice to Passive voice. Now, let's know what are they!

  1. The tense shouldn't be changed in any case. If the the active sentence is in present tense, then the passive sentence should also be formed in present tense. And likewise, if the active sentence is in past tense, passive sentence should also be in past tense. The same with future tenses too.
  2. In every sentences of passive voice, the word "by" must be placed before the subject.
  3. As we know, the tense doesn't change, but the verb should be always in third form (past participle form) in passive voice.
  4. The subject pronoun in active voice changes to object pronoun in passive voice.
  • I \red\longrightarrow me
  • He \red\longrightarrow him
  • She \red\longrightarrow her
  • We \red\longrightarrow us
  • They \red\longrightarrow them
  • You \red\longrightarrow you
  • It \red\longrightarrow it
