the question is somewhat incomplete but I will try explain it as much possible.

a)If A X B is zero then A will be parallel to B because if they are parallel then the angle between them will become zero and hence A X B will become zero(sin 0=0).

b)If A X B is equal to the multiplication of the magnitudes of A and B then the they will be normal to each as A X B= |A|*|B|*sin(theta) and the theta is 90 degrees.(sin 90=1).

c)Actually in 'c' option the angle is not given so cannot say anything about this statement.

d)The case with option 'd' is also same. Cannot say much without knowing the actual question.
