To get our things done,we will gave a little stress which is a good thing.Its like a motivational push which leads our way and at the most difficult times during exam seasons and as the exams approach it rises the stress to several factors.Even if the person is not well prepared he may feel anxious.the main thing is mugging up without understanding anything and it is actually not a right way.If we pressure ourselves we may lead to anxiety due to stress ,stress leads to depression and depression leads to mental health which is really troublesome and the best example is a student overthinking that what if she fail in her test/in exams..the consequences leads definitely to failure.Anyways the best definition of stress would be it is like a black dog which doesn't let you live in peace as in sleeping,studying or to eat as well.One of the best way to overcome your stress can be like eating well, eat your meals at a proper fixed timings,taking some time off,getting enough sleep and meditation daily can releive your stress a little bit.There is another way as well for this.It is that you have to train yourself in keeping your head cooler, plan in your studies and stuffs,study with your friends occasionally to get your mind diverted from overthinking and have a regular exercise.Learning and understanding the topics taught by the teachers and then automatically u will gain confidence.Each step in our life is filled with numerous questions which has tk be answered just like exams.We just have to face them and not be afraid of them.
