r \:  = 25 \times  {10}^{3}

power =  {i}^{2}  \times r \\ p = 25 \times 25 \times  {10}^{ - 3}

power \:  = 0.625 \: watt

b) v = 400 volts

r = 120*10³ ohm

p =  \frac{ {v}^{2} }{r}  \\ p =  \frac{16   \times  {10}^{4}  }{120 \times  {10}^{3} }

p =  \frac{4}{3}  \: watt

c) power = V * I
