In the last few days there has been an outbreak of plague in in Surat. However Surat is considered as one of the most clean city of India. The government and the local authority doesn't paying the least amount of effort that are required for cleaning the city. In addition to this the disease of pleasure it's even more due to this and clean activities and the position of garbage.
