string and acceleration of the system, if the
coefficient of friction between the block and the

m₂ = 0.2 kg

Acceleration = m₂g / (m₁ + m₂)

g = 9.8 m/s²

m₂g = 0.2 × 9.8 = 1.96

a = 1.96/1 = 1.96 m/s²

Ft = m₁a

Tension = 0.8 × 1.96 = 1.568 N
