But why do you want to make it passive? If it is for some English test or homework.. then “What was eaten by you?”

I feel here in Pakistan and probably in India as well, we are just told how to change passive into active and vice versa! But the more important thing is the use of the correct and appropriate voice… For this sentence, I don’t think there is any need to convert it into passive!

“Passive voice” should be used when the subject is unknown.

e.g. It is better to say “My pen was stolen” rather than “Somebody stole my pen”.

Or if you want to emphasize on the object.

e.g. “The result was announced by the Principal.” (The speaker wants to lay emphasis on THE RESULT)

The Principal announced the result. (The speaker wants to emphasize on the Principal)
