on moon, weight of man = 130.4 N
g = 1.63 m/s²

so mg = 130.4
⇒ m = 130.4 / g
⇒ m = 130.4 / 1.63 = 80kg

on earth, g = 9.8 m/s²
weight on earth = mg = 80×9.8 = 784 N

Mass of the man is 80Kg and his weight on the earth is 782.3 N.

Moon

W_{m} = m g_{m}

130.4 = m * 1.63

\frac{130.4}{1.63} = m

m = 79.75 Kg

m = 80 Kg (approximately)

Therefore the mass of the man is 80 Kg

Earth

W_{e} = m g_{e}

W_{e} = 80 * ( 6 * g_{m} )                        ∴      g_{e} = 6*g_{m}

 W_{e} = 80 * 6 * 1.63

W_{e} = 782.4 N.

Therefore the man's weight on the earth is 782.4 N.
