A . These are algae
B it is due to excessive nutrients of the rainwater and the nitrogen from nearby fields
These algae are hungry for these and hence they rapidly multiply
Due to this the bottom waters, where the fish live, turn anoxic and the fish die due to lack of oxygen , change in pH and various other reasons
