2) DNA is responsible for all the information. As it has genes.

3) chromosome consists of DNA and protein(histone) which means it has all the information to carry out any activity in a cell. it has four types : metacentric,sub-metacentric, telocentric and acrocentric.

4) eukaryote has a definite nucleus, prokaryote has not. eukaryote cell has membrane bounded organelles, prokaryote does not have those. The size of eukaryotic ribosome is 80s whereas prokaryotic cell has 70s ribosome. eukaryote cell has a nucleus with chromosomes enclosed by a nuclear membrane, prokaryotes have their chromatin dispersed in cytoplasm.
