The caste system does not permits an egalitarian society and curbs the power of the people of lower caste.Equality itself means providing a society where no one is above the law. But due to the caste system this cannot be fulfilled.It just ruins the equality among the people by injustice, improper care, affection,and sometimes indiversity.Therefore if we want to have a society with equality it is necessary to the obstacle of caste system in our country
