the distance moved by the effort is 20cm and that by load is 2 cm,find:

Answer:

i) M.A.= load /effort=840/100=8.4

ii) V.R.= distance moved by effort arm /distance moved by load arm = 20cm/2cm = 10

iii) Efficiency= M.A./V.R.= 8.4/10=0.84

iv) there is no loss of effort in friction ( as nothing is mentioned in the question)

v) neither there is friction
