Step-by-step explanation:

First of all

Perimeter of Rectangle, P = 2(length + width)

Area of Rectangle, A = length*width

Now, to find perimeter

p = 2( - 6 {p}^{3}  + 7pq + pq + 7pq -  5{p}^{3} + 9pq) \\  =  2(- 11 {p}^{3}   + 24pq) \\  =  - 22 {p}^{3}  + 48pq

To find area use A=length*width

Also, the sides are not understandable. Please coorect the question. I have omitted '?'
