I hope this letter will find everybody at home in the best health and happiness I am well here .I know it's very challenging and pandemic time due to coronavirus pandemic but what I know for sure is that there is still a road ahed , it may be curvy or slippery , but it will lead us to our destination -the road to recovery and a healthy body .
please take care of yourself at all times prevent getting infected .remember taking care of yourself first is your ethical responsiblelty
to prevent yourself , your family members and society at large from this pandemic

- where a mass at all times of the living home
- frequent hand washing with soap and water at least 20 seconds is must
- please stay away from outside foot completely
- eat only fresh cooked high protein meals at home
- maintain at least two social distancing at home as well as outside

how are you?I am fine here i reaceved your letter that you are wishing to cone to delhi and visit me i also wish you come here and stay with me for some day but you knoe that this year there is pandamic and it's very difficult to manage social distancing . It is not safe because my area (in which i live) co e under red zone 74 total positive cases around 500m i am not going anywhere but you would travel by metro and it is not safe for uncle and aunt also so we will soon meet whe. this pandemic ends we have to fight agaisnt it
