difference between them:14 - 14 = 0

so it is divisible by 11.

b) 8790322

sum of no. that are on odd place:2+3+9+8=22.

sum of no. that are on even place: 2+0+7=9.

difference between them:22-9=13.

so it is not divisible by 11.
