ANSWER: Let y=cos(logx +3)

Differentiating both sides wrt x

Therefore,dy/dx=-sin(logx+3).d/dx(logx +3)

or dy/dx=-sin(logx+3).(1/x +0)

or dy/dx=-sin(logx+3)/x.
