"a) Xylem tissues are responsible for transportation of mineral salts and water from soil to plants.

If we block the xylem tissues of a plant then leaves are started getting wilted.

b) Pores in leaf are called stomata, these are mostly present in the undersurface area of leafs.

The structure of stomata has two guard cells. These two guard cells are responsible for opening and closing of the pores.

Stomata are useful for the exchanges of gases, takes CO2 from air and release oxygen into the air.

c) Plants are used oxygen to break down the sugars and form carbondioxide and water for their growth.

Glucose+Oxygen ?Carbondioxide+water

In this Physical process O2 and CO2 gases are exchanges which is occurs between plant body and atmosphere."
