● When the rectangular sheet is rolled along its length, we find the length of the sheet forms the circumference of its base and breadth of the sheet becomes the height of the cylinder.

let r cm be the radius of the base and h cm can be height, then h = 18 cm

Now , circircumference of the base = length of the sheet !

⇒ 2πr = 44

⇒ 2 × 22 / 7 × r = 44 ⇒ r = 7cm

Hence ; radius of the cylinder is 7 cm .

★When the rectangular sheet is rolled along its length,

☛The length of the sheet forms the circumference of its base.

☛Breadth of the sheet becomes the height of the cylinder.

\large\sf\pink{Given :- }

Height = 18cm

Circumference of base = Length of sheet

\large\sf\pink{To \:  find :- }

Radius of the Cylinder(r)

\large\sf\pink{Solution :- }</p><p>

Circumference of base = Length of sheet

2πr = 44cm

2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r = 44

r = 7cm

Hence, Radius of cylinder is 7cm
