Q. As a warden of the college hostel, you have noticed that some of the students residing in the hostel smoke and drink in the night. This is against the rules. Write a memo to the students :, 1. Clearly forbidding them from smoking and drinking., 2. Stating the punishment that will be meted out to them if they are caught smoking /drinking in the hostel premises.

Smoking and drinking is really a bad habit which can be hazardous to health and can damage our breathing system and can damage liver and can also damage family happiness.As I m a warden I will tell that smoking is hazardous and above things and is also encouraging other students to do so and also spoiling the reputation of the school and as a youngster of school they should not do so because they r the future of the country.I will put a notice as well that smoking and drinking is forbidden.And first I will give warnings and if the problem will not be solved I will make them a transfer certificate to get out of the school and also if not mended then also then I will report the problem to the police and you their parents.

Discipline is the most important thing to make character of students and it is a major contributor in building of career. If you are disciplined in your life you will be able to achieve success in all dimensions of life.If you do not follow discipline you will ruin your life.
All of you are aware that rules and regulations of the hostel are to be followed strictly inside the hostel premises. These rules clearly indicate that smoking and drinking inside hostel premises is not permissible. Still It is found that some of the students are smoking and drinking alcohol inside the hostel during night time.
Hence forth all the students are advised to abide by rules and regulations of hostel. In case any of you fail to abide by the rules and found smoking or drinking alcohol inside the hostel, strict disciplinary action shall be taken against you. You will be resticated from hostel and your complaint shall be sent to your collage/institute.Your parents will be called to the hostel and they will be briefed regarding your behavior and your restication.
