1. Community includes large number of people who live in a particular area. These people share common interest.

2. Communities are of many types. These have been divided on the basis of 'action, interest, place and practice'.

A) COMMUNITY OF ACTION- Community which performs or believes in doing same action comes under this group. Example of communities on action are NGOs which believe serving people selflessly.

B) Next category is the COMMUNITIES WHICH SHARE COMMON INTEREST. These are science or arts society which share interest in particular field.

C) COMMUNITIES OF A PLACE ARE TRIBES. For example people of amazon forest, who live in that particular area will be considered as community.

D) COMMUNITY which, PRACTICE PARTICULAR BELIEF example religion. These are Hindus, Buddhist etc
