Q) Do all the electrons that absorb a photon come out as photo electrons ?

During the photoelectric emission taking place at the irradiated metal surface, practically all the electrons, come out of its surface.

But most of the electrons, which are produced due to the photoelectric emission taking place inside the metals, get scattered into the metal.

Thus all the electrons that absorb a photon, do not come out as photoelectrons.

when electron give energy in form of light than electron come out the surface of metal..... it's called photoelectric emission.......
