Yes the valency of carbon remain same in alkanes , alkenes and alkynes
Its valency is 4
ex In CH4 ( alkane) carbon share its 4 electron with 4 hydrogen hence its valency is 4
In CH2 == CH2 , carbon again has 4 valency as it is sharing 2 electron with hydrogen and 2 with another carbon
In CH triple bond CH carbon have 4 valency as it is sharing 1 electron with H and 3 with carbon
