Staffing helps to ensure better utilization of human resources.                                                    

     

2)Science, not rule of thumb = According to this principle , we can say that eliminate the old techniques in the organization and accept modern techniques .

Harmony , not discord = It is generally related to Mental revolution . It mean that to make change in the mind set that workers and management are not different despite they are interlinked.

Cooperation , not individualism = According to this principle , a manager first take his employees suggestions for taking a decision and then implement .
