The Guantanamo Bay is a small area near Cuba. It is controlled by the American navy and is popular for its famous prison.

After the terrorist attack on the USA, the USA picked up 600 people from around the world and put them in this prison calling them guilt and as a part of the terror attack. They were tortured.

T
he Amnesty International is an International Organization for Human Rights. It went on a search at the Guantanamo Bay prison and reported that the people were not given a chance to meet the magistrate and have a trial and were tortured beyond belief and beyond limits of the American laws. The prisoners were not provided with any treatment. Although a few prisoners were proven not guilty, still they were not allowed to leave from there.

Based on the report of the Amnesty International, the UN conducted a separate inquiry. After the inquiry, the UN Secretary-General declared that the prison in Guantanamo Bay shall be closed down forever. However, the US government has not accepted this request.
