Let r & h be the radius & height of the Cylinder respectively.
So,
r = 3cm
h = 22-2(3)=16cm
Volume of solid = Volume of Cylinder + volume of two hemispheres.
TSA = CSA of Cylinder + SA of two hemispheres
Note: π Taken as 3.14.
