Q. Given below are two statement. One is labeled as Assertion A and the other is labeled as reason R .


Assertion A : 28 is a perfect number.

Reason R : If the sum of all factor's of a number is equal to twice the number , then such a number is called perfect number .


In light of the above statement, choose the correct answer from the option given below :
