Q. If the weight of a body is 10 g wt as measured using a spring balance then what will be its mass?

Explain about 10 g wt.

We know that,
》10 gwt = 10×10^(-2) = 0.1 N

Therefore,
Force (F) exerted by body is 0.1 N.

So,

0.1 = m×g

[m = 0.01 kg]

》m = 0.01 * 1000 grams = 10 grams.
