hey there
we know adjacent angles of a parallelogram are supplementary
so
5x - 213 + 3x + 19 = 180
8x - 194 = 180
8x = 374
x= 46.75
now one angle = 5x-213 = 20.75
another angle = 180 - 20.75 = 159.25
