Q- The parallel lines of a trapezium are 25 cm and 11cm ,while its non-parallel sides are 15 cm and 13 cm .Find the area of trapezium.

Also area of triangle = (1/2) × base × height

Hence height of parallelogram is also 12 cm
Area of parallelogram = base × height
= 11 × 12 = 132 sq cm
Hence area of trapezium = 84 + 132 = 216 sq cm
