We know that,

$\implies \: \frac{pr.(\triangle ABC)}{ pr.(\triangle DEF) } = \frac{AB}{DE}$

$\implies \: \frac{60cm}{ 48cm } = \frac{AB}{9}$

$\implies \: \frac{5cm}{ 4cm } = \frac{AB}{9}$

$\implies AB = 11.5 \times 9$
