Hey mate,

It is the LACTOMETER which is used to determine the purity of milk. It functions by measuring milk's density. If the milk is pure, Lactometer floats and if not pure, Lactometer sinks.

Hope it helps!

Hi friend!!

Lactometer is the device which is used to determine the purity of milk.

Firstly, the milk is poured into the container and is allowed until the cream has formed, it is the depth of the formation of the cream which determines the milk's purity. If it pure, the lactometer floats or otherwise sinks.

So, The purity of milk is determined by lactometer.

I hope this will help yoh;)
