● Length of rectangle = 5cm

● Breadth of rectangle = 4cm

● Breadth of another rectangle = 7cm

● We have to find that what will be the length of another rectangle of same area of the already given rectangle.

Let the required length = x

Now,

First of all, Find the area of first rectangle.

Using area of rectangle = Length× Breadth

=> Area of rectangle = 5×4

=> Area of rectangle = 20cm²

So, According to the given question,

we can say that 20cm² is also the area of second rectangle.

Now,

. Breadth of second rectangle = 7cm

. Length of another rectangle = x

So We can write it as =

Area of rectangle = L×B

=> 20cm² = 7× x

=> 20cm² = 7x

=> x = 20/7

=> x = 2.858cm

Hence, the length of second rectangle is 2.858cm

Now,

we have already given length of rectangle and breadth of rectangle, So, Now construct it.
