➡️Gandhi ji felt that movement was turning violent in many places. A clash took place at chauri chaura in UP.

➡️The second and one of the most important reason was satyagrahis were not trained properly. So first they have to train properly.

➡️A group of volunteers picket liquor shops were beaten up by police officers and this led to violence.

➡️Some leaders were by now tired of mass struggles because it was not giving any output. They wanted to participate in elections to the provisional councils.

➡️Manufacturers, artists, Peasants etc explained the term 'swaraj' in their own way. Some of the political leaders of people for instance Alluri sitaram raju stated that force has to be used for the freedom of India. However their condition was not authorised by the Congress.
