a> The Indus-River System

b> The Bhrahmaputra River System

c> The Ganga River System on the basis of the following:- i) Point of origin of the river ii) Total length of the river iii)Tributries ( small rivers which join's the main river on it's path) of the river iv)Area drained.

a) The Indus-River system-
1.origin- Indus River originates in Tibet in northern slopes of Mount Kailash near lake Mansarovar. 
2.Total Length- 3180 km
3.Tributaries- Indus River System is made of Indus River and its tributaries viz. Ravi, Beas, Satluj, Jhelam, Kishenganga (Neelum) and Chenab.

b)The Brahamputra-River System-
1.origin - Chemayungdung Glacier (Kailash Range, Tibet)
2 . Total length-3848 km
3.Tributaries- Dihang, Lohit, Subansiri, Teesta, Meghna and Manas are its major tributaries.

c)The Ganga-River system-
1.origin- As Bhagirathi from Gangotri Glacier.
2 . Total length-2510 km
3.Tributaries- Yamuna, Gomti, Ghaghara, Gandak, Kosi are its major tributaries.
