Non contractile protein: Proteins that are not nit in strands that are regular and do not give any typical structure or appearance are known as non-contractile proteins. Like the contractile proteins where the filaments are made up of myosin, the non-contractile proteins do not have any such filaments.  Unlike the contractile proteins where the bands are composed of thin filaments, they are different in non-contractile proteins.
