Is that the actual question? Most people figure “sunrise” is the moment when the sun just peeks over the horizon— does the questioner think “sunrise” is the moment when the bottom of the sun passes the horizon?
If so, it’s 2 minutes at the equator— the interval gets longer as you move north or south from the equator.
