The main problem is with energy. Since the flying speed varies from person to person. Also the material used should be very thin and must be made comfortable to the person who wears that. It should be heat resistant and must not get affected due to vary in temperature and pressure. Also it should be smarter and should not get disconnected from internet while flying. And one main thing oxygen supply should be available inside the suit while flying.
