because she used to talk so much while his maths teacher was teaching to the class. And she continues her talking even she get punished by him.

Mr Keesing, Anne's maths teacher was so annoyed because of her talk, as her teacher told many times to stop talking, but she didn't. Mr Keesing gave her many punishments even though she didn't stop talking.
