Number of electrons = 8

Mass number = Number of Protons + Number of neutrons

= 8 + 8

= 16

Hence mass number for Oxygen is 16.

For Sulphur:

Number of protons = 16

Number of electrons = 16

Mass number = Number of Protons + Number of neutrons

= 16 + 16

= 32

Hence Mass number for Sulphur is 32.
