Since you don't need to write an email now, the app shows if you need to return/replace the item of its damaged or not as per your expectations. However I advice to create a video of unboxing in case any damages are there and delete it later if the product is fine but it may be a proof that I didn't damaged the shoes after opening these were already damaged when I opened it. As many years ago, I ordered a memory card for my friend's mobile but when I opened the pack was as it is but there was no memory card, so I told my delivery guy about it and he asked for unboxing video. Now I don't have the video, so money wasted and got an empty piece.

(write your problem) I recently ordered a pair of shoes from your store on (date) and they got delivered today, when I unboxed them, they were found to be damaged and I've received aze tosin with a different size as I ordered. I've recorded the video of unboxing for your convenience. Now since I've ordered shoes of size (x) number and received the shoes of size (y) number, they are no use for me. So kindly replace the shoes and send me the same shoes with size (x) number. This is the first time I'm encountering such situation, however all the other orders were very good.
